Add Snowboots to NN. Or Ice Boots to DG. 🔼

Boots asked for a skate rink and ice skates dispenser in DG, then agreed to my suggestion to just copy Snowboots there.

New 5x5 sim in DG, west of NN.  Should move NN to where it'll be once the IG version is copied there.

Lots of sea around a big Antarctica shaped island, with a big frozen lake in the middle.  So you can sail from NN.

Call it Ice Boots.  Boots owns it and will work on it.  She says she can do that during her summer.  So IG NN might be ready and copied across already anyway.  Copy it to IG when she's done.

Put Santa throne in the middle, South Pole.  Or maybe even a Santa Castle, I recall seeing a good one somewhere.
